I consider myself very fortunate, as I've had the privilege to have worked in the beauty industry for more than 27 years, and owned my own day spa business for seven years. As a medical esthetician, I have helped so many clients get healthier, more beautiful skin. It's been very rewarding. As a business owner, I've been very lucky to have bought a company and taken it from $13,000 gross revenue to more than $256,000 in gross revenue in six short years. 

When my husband was transferred, I closed my company and moved to Texas to grow our family and become a homemaker. As time went by, I realized just how much I love the beauty industry and how much I wanted to return to it. As a result, Devon Kirk, Beauty by Design was born!

With a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Marketing, I've combined my experiences to help fellow beauty professionals create and improve their brands to grow their businesses exponentially. I'd love to help you too. Contact me today.
